I took these photos as theyre clothes which are fashion, my project is based of fast fashion impacts which these displays the affects of fast fashion as most of these were made from different places such as china or bangladesh which are countries with increasing levels of fast fashion production.
I chose this object to draw as it relates to my chosen project of thinking green which i talk about the fast fashion impacts and this is an object which links to fashion to display the affects.
We did a range of types of drawings consisting of timed drawings, continuous line drawings and tonal drawings. It was challenging to do these as we used pen for these and we had a short amount of time to complete the drawing. I learned how to distinguish between different types of shading for my tonal drawings such as cross-hatching,stippling and hatching and had the ability to use these techniques effectively in my work. Also, the repeating of drawings helped me practice more and understand more about what i was drawing. If I had the chance to improve i would try to understand more about the proportions of my drawing and use sections to better display the realism of my work.
